3802151 - Define Currency Settings for Activity Allocation (SSCUI 107337) missing

• Configuration node "Define Currency Settings for Activity Allocation" (ID 107337) appears missing in Central Business Configuration/Implementation Activities.
• When the node is visible and selected, the error occurs: "No authorization to start the UI for transaction S_ER1_70001815".

 SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open Central Business Configuration or access the App Implementation Activities (Customizing Implementation Guide -> Controlling -> Cost Center Accounting -> Actual Postings -> Manual Actual Postings -> Define Currency Settings for Activity Allocation (ID 107337)).
2. Check whether configuration node ID 107337 ("Define Currency Settings for Activity Allocation") is available or not.
3. If the node is visible, select it and observe whether the error "No authorization to start the UI for transaction S_ER1_70001815" is displayed.

Missing Business Role assignment or App may not be active for relevant user.

Ensure that the Business Role - SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_FIN_OA0_PC is assigned.

Also then check that the required App Authorization Variant for the IAM app S_ER1_70001815_TRAN is active in the business role used to access the activity. 

• Go to the App - Maintain Business Roles for said user.
• Search for the relevant Role.
• Open Business Role and and open IAM Apps tab. 
• Search for S_ER1_70001815_TRAN 
• IF this is not active, please activate and test again.
