3802162 - Simulate Button Navigates to Manage Journal Entries Old Version (F0717) Main Page or Shows "Navigation Target Not Supported" Error

After clicking “Simulate” button from Financials source apps: 

• Error message such as: “Navigation target for object Accounting Document and action manage is not supported.” 

• Or: Navigation does not open the simulated accounting document. Instead, it lands on the F0717 Manage Journal Entries - Old Version main list page.
