3802205 - Performance form validation error message shows in English and cannot be translated via Manage Languages (objective/competency sections)

• A validation error message on Performance forms for objective and competency sections appears in English instead of the user’s language when a mandatory rating is not provided.
• The message text shown is: "There's one or multiple errors for the review item [review item name]."
• The message cannot be found or translated in Manage Languages.
• On the form’s main page, hovering over the error icon for the affected goal displays the message in English instead of the selected language.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Open a Performance Management form in German.
2. In a goal section, use a goal for which the rating is provided via MLT, while the rating field is configured as mandatory in the form.
3. Leave the goal without a rating.
4. Click the button to send the form into the next step.
5. Observe the error.
6. Return to the form’s main page.
7. Hover over the error icon for the unrated goal and observe the error message is displayed in English instead of German.

This a known error

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.
