SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. Enable Search by Radius in Career Site Builder.
2. Open the career site search and enter a valid postal code.
3. Select a 10-mile radius and run the search.
4. Observe that results include jobs located well beyond 10 miles, with incorrect distance values displayed.
5. (Optional) Test another valid postal code and observe that the page may return a "no matching positions" message despite valid results within range.

The Country/Region and Zip/Postal Code fields are not mapped in Set Up Recruiting Marketing Job Field Mapping. As radius-based search relies on these fields for accurate location calculation, the missing mapping results in inaccurate or failed search behavior.

1. In Admin tools, open Set Up Recruiting Marketing Job Field Mapping.
2. Map the Country/Region field.
3. Map the Zip/Postal Code field.
4. Re-sync job postings.
