3802376 - EXTID_DN and CERTRULE certificate mapping

Symptom

A supported configuration is needed to allow EXTID_DN and CERTRULE certificate mapping to coexist in the same system.

  • login/certificate_mapping_rulebased = 1 works, EXTID_DN mappings are ignored
  • When login/certificate_mapping_rulebased = 0, EXTID_DN mapping works
