3802388 - User Id generation not working for Rehire with New employment - Onboarding

• User Id generation rule is not working for Rehire with new employment candidates accepted at second rehire check.

1. Initiate the candidate via Add New Hire and proceed to onboarding.
2. Complete Provide Personal Data and accept the candidate as Rehire with New Employment during the second rehire check.
3. Verify the newly created User ID does not follow the expected generation rule and assign the User ID via Company Systems and Logo Settings.

• Engineering has identified a product issue affecting User ID generation during manual RONE onboarding, where the User ID generated after acceptance at the second rehire check does not follow the expected sequence.
• This is a known issue

Engineering has identified this as a product issue and is currently investigating the behavior. A permanent fix is under analysis and tentatively planned for a future release, currently targeted for 2H 2026.
