Symptom
After creating a new Appointment using Server Side Integration, when checking the appointment object in your system, the subject/title is appearing as [Private Event].
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
1. Open Outlook Calendar.
2. Create a new appointment.
3. Open the server‑side add‑in.
4. Set the appointment as private.
5. Save and close the appointment.
6. Go to the Appointment Work center and open the appointment created
7. The created Appointment appears with [Private Event] subject.
Cause
This is the expected behavior of how the product works with private events. This behavior should be the same for both EWS and Graph.
As this is a private event, the product syncs only the date and time but not the subject. This is how the product works.
Resolution
A request can be submitted on Influence Portal, so this can be evaluated for future releases.
