I receive an HTTP 500 Internal Server Error when submitting order event messages to the /v1/route endpoint, affecting tracking events such as geolocation and DEPARTURE; after reprocessing, the request succeeds with HTTP 200 OK, although the event may not immediately appear in integration logs.
