3802641 - Loan Installments not showing under "Open Items" in C4C contract account screen .

- In the Contract Account, the Open Items tab does not display loan installments.
- Occurs when navigating to Open Items for Contract account in the C4C tenant.
- The expectation is that all open items, including loan items, are shown.

1. Open Contract account and navigate to the Open Items tab.
2. Observe that loan items are not displayed under Open Items.

- Based on the described behavior, the IS-U/C4C account overview service logic (method CL_ISU_C4C_ACCOUNT_OVERVIEW=>GET_OPEN_ITEMS) appears to filter out loan items, leading to their absence in the Open Items tab.

This is standard behavior: these items are not shown by default and are only displayed based on customer needs.

If you need to display additional items in your case, such as loan items, you can use BADI ACCOUNT_OVERVIEW_POST as an Account Overview Post Exit to select those items.

This is a system general Behaviour for open items, unless the customer wants to view additional items.
