3802656 - Upload of medical attachments larger than 300 MB fails with 'file size is too large' in player health attachments, SAP Sports One, cloud edition

Symptom

  • Uploading medical files (for example, MRI images as a ZIP) under Player level > Health > Attachments fails.
  • Error message: "The file size is 333.67 MB and is therefore too large. Maximum size: 333.67 MB"
  • Error message (observed in testing): "The file size is 500 MB and is therefore too large."
  • The behavior occurs for multiple users.
