3802679 - CK40N: Materials not in selection list still selected in Costing Run

Symptom

In CK40N, certain materials do not appear in the selection list during the selection step of a costing run, yet are still included in the costing results. Additionally, message MG144 ("The field MBEW-STPRS is defined as a required field; however, no value has been entered") may occur during structure explosion.
