3802751 - Adopt integration Content report in C4C doesn't Convert Communication Arrangements to Test System ID

After running "Adopt Integration Content" as part of a tenant refresh (production → test), communication arrangements retain the production communication system/partner instead of switching to the corresponding test tenant's communication system.

SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C), all versions

1. Complete C4C tenant refresh (copy from production to test).
2. Create a new communication system to represent the new business system(TEST)
3. Run the Adapt Integration Content for New Tenant report.
4. In Communication Arrangements, you will still see them pointing to Production communication system.

- After the tenant refresh, running the Adapt Integration Content for New Tenant report updated ID mappings and BTD references to the new test communication system. However, communication arrangements copied from production were not automatically updated or reassigned, This behavior requires manual rebuilding of the communication arrangements to align with the new test system.

Perform the required post-refresh adaptation steps:

1. Create new Communication System for this Tenant, Run Adapt Integration Content for New Tenant first (before creating any communication arrangements or exchanging data): Administrator → General Settings → Integration → Adapt Integration Content for New Tenant. Enter the old production communication system as Old System and the new test communication system as New System, then execute.
2. Delete all communication arrangements copied from production that still reference the production ERP communication system.
3. Recreate all communication arrangements to use the new test ERP communication system and update credentials .
4. Redo certificate mapping on the refreshed test tenant.
5. Revalidate all integrations with external systems to ensure data syncs correctly with the test landscape.
   - Important: If messages were already exchanged (Prod external with test C4C) before running the report, the report will fail; in that scenario, perform a new tenant refresh.
