Symptom

  • During document migration from SuccessFactors to OpenText, some documents are assigned to the Undefined entity and the Uncategorized category.
  • Resumes uploaded by candidates through Google Drive or Dropbox appear as Undefined > Uncategorized in Manage Documents; resumes uploaded from desktop are categorized correctly as Candidate > Resume.
  • Newly uploaded resumes via Dropbox/Google Drive also result in Undefined > Uncategorized status.
