3802912 - F9207 | Unable to Access Fiori App Manage Workflows for Payment Processing

Customer wants to create a workflow for payment processing, however the app isn't available.

For app availability, it's necessary the role configuration and function module activated.

Check the following steps:

Confirm in SAP Central Business Configuration that scope item 7MJ Advanced Payment Management is included and deployed, because J78 Advanced Cash Operations and Full Scope Cash Management alone may not provide this function.

Then you should activate Feature Toggles:

- PF2_PAYM_FOUND_FUNC_APPROVAL_1
- PF2_PAYM_FOUND_FUNC_APPROVAL_2

The role BR_PAYMENT_SPECIALIST refers to standard role SAP_BR_PAYM_SPECIALIST which is not supported, see SAP Note 3641268 - Delete a deprecated business role - SAP for Me 

Regarding to this situation please refer to role SAP_BR_PAYMENT_SPECIALIST to create a customized role then assign to the user and retest the scenario to see if the issue is resolved or not.

To address this, please follow these steps:
1. In the Maintain Business Roles App, create the Customized Business Role.
2. Add Business Catalog SAP_FIN_BC_PF2_PAY_PC and corresponded Dependent Catalogs.
3. Configure the Space and Page.
4. Alternatively, use the Create From Template function to create a customized role based on business role SAP_BR_PAYMENT_SPECIALIST.
5. Then assign the role to the user.
