• A purchase order that references an outline agreement allows releases beyond the agreement’s target value.
• Message 06/042 (contract target value exceeded) is configured as Error but is not raised during PO creation in a multi-outline-agreement scenario.
• When a PO references a single outline agreement, message 06/042 is raised correctly.
• In a PO with multiple line items referencing different outline agreements, the error is bypassed at creation and appear when modifying an existing line.
