3802939 - How to identify rejected parked documents in SAP gui workflow

Symptom

  • Users cannot monitor or list rejected parked documents across FI parked documents (object FIPP, transactions FBV0/FBV3) .
  • In FI (FBV0/FBV3), the header tables (BKPF/VBKPF) do not store a rejection indicator; the decision exists only in the workflow container/log per document.
  • Standard overview transactions (for example, MIR6, list views) do not provide a native column or filter for workflow approval decisions (Approved vs. Rejected).
  • Users request how/where to check whether a document is rejected.
