3802940 - Network activity details not displayed in CJ20N (only tabs visible) and error CN064 "Enter a cost element" — SAP S/4HANA 2025 Cloud Private Edition

• In CJ20N or Project Builder, after creating any network activity, only the tabs are displayed on the right-hand side and the remaining area is blank.
• Activity sub-screens are not auto-populated upon creation of an external activity.
• Pressing Enter does not populate the sub-screens.
• Error: "Enter a cost element" (Message no. CN064).
