3802942 - Unable to view report when SSO is enabled with 3rd part authentication method

Symptom

  • With SSO enabled and any Okta or Azure set as the default identity provider, opening Embedded Analytics reports initiates an additional validation with the SCA_OpenID application that opens an pop-up login page.
  • Users signing in via IAS direct login links (for Incentive Management or Embedded Analytics) do not have Okta or Azure credentials and cannot proceed past the prompt.
  • The behavior occurs for any user accessing via the IAS direct login link and affects all Embedded Analytics stories/reports.
