3803004 - Error “You do not have any authorization for segment &1 and function 01” in Reprocess Bank Statement Items in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

In Reprocess Bank Statement Items, the Log shows error FAGL_POST_SERVICE 022 “You do not have any authorization for segment & and function 01”. The user has Unrestricted Write access in Maintain Business Roles app.

1. Verify that the affected user has Unrestricted Write Access.
2. Open the app Reprocess Bank Statement Items.
3. Open a bank statement item and review the Log tab.
4. Encounter the error FAGL_POST_SERVICE 022 “You do not have any authorization for segment & and function 01”.

Missing authorization for segment posting (authorization object F_FAGL_SEG).

Add business catalog SAP_FIN_BC_GL_JE_PROC_PC to the business role assigned to the user who imports/processes bank statement items.
