3803008 - Consolidation Monitor – New shows all tasks "In Process" and cannot be run after upgrade to 2025, SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

  • In Consolidation Monitor – New, all consolidation tasks display status "In Process".
  • Starting any task returns that it is already in process.
  • Resetting task status does not change the displayed status.
  • The classic (old) Consolidation Monitor shows the correct task status, while the new monitor does not.
  • Occurs for a specific fiscal period/selection in some cases.
