3803052 - Transfer Event Reason dropdown missing event reasons when terminating a manager in Employee Central

When "Enable Business Rules for Event Reason Derivation" is checked in Provisioning<Company Settings, the event reason needs to be chosen manually in the profile page.

• When terminating a manager, after selecting the Termination Date, the Transfer Event Reason field appears but the dropdown does not show all expected event reasons.

• The issue occurs on the Termination page.

1. Login instance
2. Go to terminate a manager
3. After select the "Termination Date", "Transfer Event Reason" shows up
4. Open the Transfer Event Reason dropdown; not all expected event reasons are available. 

Lack of required edit permission to the relevant Event Reasons for the target manager.

1. Ensure the user’s role has Edit permission for the relevant Event Reasons for the target manager. 

2. If missing, request an administrator to update the permissions accordingly.(Manage Permission roles<Employee Data<Event Reason) 

3. Refresh the Termination page and verify the Transfer Event Reason dropdown now shows the expected options.
