3803071 - BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST returns 'User exit UXXX not declared in form pool RGGBS000'

Symptom

An error occurs while executing BAPI "BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST" for posting the accounting document.

Error message: E GB 308 – User exit U104 not declared in form pool RGGBS000.
Error message: E GB 034 – Syntax error in validation check "LINE", step "00X".
Error message: E RW 609 – Error in document.

When trying to regenerate validations/substitutions with program RGUGBR00, system raises error "User exit UXXX not declared in form pool RGGBR000".
