3803171 - Planned working time appears reduced in Time Sheet UI

Symptom

Time Sheet UI displays planned working time that differs from expected values.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Sheet
  • SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking

Reproducing the Issue

Resolution

The planned working time displayed on the time sheet UI will deduct the scheduled break automatically. 

If the planned working time is greater than the dynamic break threshold, the scheduled dynamic break will also be deducted. 

For example, employee has scheduled working time 8AM - 5PM w/o break. 

The dynamic break configuration will generate 30 mins break after 6hrs working time, then the scheduled dynamic break is 2PM - 2:30PM. 

The planned working time displayed on time sheet UI is 8:30.
