3803182 - Manual conditions duplicated in credit memo request despite BAdI PRCG_DOCUMENT_ITEM_REQUIREMENT

BAdI PRCG_DOCUMENT_ITEM_REQUIREMENT failed to avoid conditions to be copied to credit memo request.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Manage Credit Memo Request V2 app.
2. Choose Create With Reference and select From Sales Order.
3. Select the credit memo request document type and a source sales order.
4. Save and review the item Conditions; manual conditions appear duplicated in the credit memo request.

The copying control between the source sales document and the credit memo request uses Pricing Type G (redetermine taxes, internal prices; condition category L), which copies manual conditions whose condition category is blank without redetermination; at creation, pricing runs and the BAdI prevents these conditions, resulting in duplicates (one copied as “entered manually,” one prevented by the requirement).

1. In configuration activity "Set Condition Types for Pricing" (SSCUI 101120), maintain Condition Category L for the relevant manual condition types that should not be copied from the reference document.
2. Create a new credit memo request with reference and verify that the manual conditions are no longer duplicated.
