3803218 - There is no change and no error message after clicking "Task List/Spec." button in T-code QP02

Symptom

In T-code QA02, when clicking the Task list/spec. button, the system does not assign an inspection plan and does not display any error or warning message. The screen returns to normal without any visible feedback.
