3803256 - PLMC file VNT validation fails if the order of dimensions of the lookup tale is incorrect- SAP Incentive Managament on Hyperscalers

• PLMC file load fails in hyperscaler enviornments when the dimension order in the PLMC file differs from the dimension order defined in the corresponding Lookup Table.
• The failure occurs with the error: "The imported cell of LookupTable, <LookupTable_Name>, has invalid dimension index."
• The same PLMC file loads successfully in Oracle even when the dimension order is changed.
• The issue is reproducible in hyperscaler (HANA) environments and is a platform-specific behavioral difference between Oracle and hyperscalers.
