3803257 - Dropdown / picklist selection for Pre Screening questions fails to Load in Firefox - Recruiting Management

• Prescreening questions using rating scales/picklists, their values / dropdown is not visible in Firefox when the candidates are trying to apply through the external career site.
• The behavior occurs only in Firefox; the same fields work in other browsers such as Chrome and Edge.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Open the external career site in Mozilla Firefox.
2. Navigate to an open job and start the application.
3. Go to the application page containing a mandatory dropdown/picklist or rating scale question.
4. Click the dropdown to open options and attempt to select a value.
5. Observe the dropdown does not open, no value can be selected, or the selection is not saved.

UI defect specific to Firefox affecting dropdown/picklist and rating scale fields on the career site application page.

The engineer has fixed the issue, and it will be patched for the 2H 2026 release.
