When using Loading by Door in RF, only two of the three packages/handling units from the freight order are proposed for loading.

1. In RF, start the Loading by Door process.
2. Select a freight order that contains three packages/handling units.
3. Review the proposed handling units: only two are proposed for loading and no error message is shown.

Loading by Door in RF does not support nested handling units (nested HUs). The missing package is part of a nested HU structure and is therefore not proposed.

1. Verify whether the missing package is part of a nested HU structure.
2. If yes, adjust the packing to use a single-level HU (no nested HUs) and retry Loading by Door.
3. Ensure that the warehouse loading point’s assigned door matches the door on the outbound delivery order for the same document.
4. If nested HUs must be retained or door alignment cannot be ensured, use one of the alternative RF processes: Loading by Freight Order or Loading by Delivery.
