Symptom

When navigating to the Internal Career Site from SuccessFactors the URL is missing the internaluser=true

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Select Home
  2. Select Careers > Job Search
  3. Page redirects to internal career site

Cause

The relaystate does not carry isInternalUser=true during authentication when “Enable SAP user experience updates” is enabled (post 1H 2026).

Resolution

This is an expected behaviour with Enable SAP user experience updates being enabled in an instance of SuccessFactors.

There is no impact for authentication.
