3803419 - Dynamic Documents Intermittently Not Attached to Custom Task Email - Onboarding

• Email Template contains business rule to attach Dynamic Documents
• Business rule conditions are satisfied for the candidate however attachment did not appear in email
• Process Variant assigned to the candidate has the document flow step and the new hire activities step triggering at the same time
• “No form data found with process id” error in backend logs

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• Timing issue
• The document flow step to generate the document is triggering at the same time as the new hire activities step. The email is triggered based on custom task being assigned. 
• As both actions are happening at the same time, document may not be generated at time of email triggering therefore not attached.

1. Navigate to Process Variant Manager.
2. Open the Offboarding or Onboarding process assigned to affected candidate
3. Remove the Onboarding or Offboarding Tasks step from its current position.
4. Open the Document Flow step and configure the Offboarding or Onboarding Tasks step to occur after Document Flow.
5. Click Save and validate the process variant.
6. Click Activate
7. Navigate to the Update Process Flows page
8. Ensure the service user exists and click update
9. Perform an OData refresh.
10. Test again with a new offboardee or onboardee to confirm that the email now includes the dynamic document attachment.
