3803425 - Purchase order not found in COOI

Symptom

COOI does not display the PO commitment line for the affected account assignment. The entry remains missing even after changing the relevant G/L account to a cost element and executing RKANBU01. No error message is displayed in COOI or during RKANBU execution.
