3803433 - Initiate Job Location Migration does not update job locations on requisitions — Recruiting

"Initiate Job Location Migration" tool is not updating job locations on requisitions; logs show "No Matching Job Location Found!" and the scheduled job reports 0 updated requisitions.

1. Open the Initiate Job Location Migration tool.
2. Select Initiate.
3. Go to Scheduled Job Manager.
4. Locate job RCMJobReqJobLocationMigrationJobType and wait for completion.
5. The result shows 0 updated requisitions and job location fields on requisitions remain blank.

At the time migration is run, one or more fields mapped to City, State, and Zip Code on the job requisition are empty, while only Country has a value. Because the Job Location record cannot be uniquely identified, the process returns “No Matching Job Location Found!” and leaves the Job Location field blank.

1. Review the mappings in Set Up Job Location Mapping and ensure they point to the intended requisition fields for City, State, Country, and Zip Code.
2. Populate valid values on the job requisition for all fields used in the mapping (City, State, Country, Zip Code).
3. Verify that a corresponding Job Location generic object record exists that matches the City, State, Country, and Zip Code values.
4. Save the job requisition (onSave) to execute the business rule that uses the “Get Job Location” function to set sfstd_jobLocation_obj.
5. Revalidate the requisition and confirm the Job Location is populated; repeat for other requisitions as needed.
