3803502 - Credit score not calculated with SAP_ALL and score field greyed out after Calculate Score (SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition)

• Standard credit score is not calculated when calculation rule SAP_ALL is used and external credit ratings are maintained.
• After selecting Calculate Score, the score field remains greyed out and shows 0.

1. Open the app to maintain the business partner and switch to role UKM000.
2. Go to the Credit Profile in change mode.
3. Ensure Calculation Rule = SAP_ALL and that multiple external credit ratings are maintained.
4. Select the Calculate Score icon next to the Score field.
5. Observe that the score remains 0 and the field stays greyed out.

Score calculation with rule SAP_ALL depends on prerequisites: a credit profile for the partner and completed mapping for external credit integration (including predefined risk formulas). If these are not configured, the score remains 0 and the field stays disabled.

1. Ensure a credit profile exists for the business partner.
2. Complete mapping for SAP S/4HANA Cloud for credit integration so that external credit risk information and predefined risk formulas are available (scope item 1RY).
3. Open the app Manage Credit Accounts.
4. Enter the desired customer (the id) and choose Edit.
5. In the Credit Profile, review the Scoring tab, set Calculation Rule to SAP_ALL, and verify the Check Rule as required.
6. In the External Rating tab, create rating entries for the relevant rating procedures used in your scenario.
7. Select Calculate Score and verify that the score is computed.
8. If formula-based scoring is intended, in configuration activity Define Formulas, activate “Use Formula from SAP Fiori app,” then in the app Manage Formulas in Credit Management, create and activate the formulas for score calculation, and repeat steps 3–7.
