Symptom

Background job /SDF/CC_REFERENCES fails during execution with a short dump:

Runtime Errors         ITAB_DUPLICATE_KEY
ABAP: Program          CL_ENH_WB_ACCESS==============CP
Application Component  BC-DWB-TOO-ENH

Note: SAP Note 3271530 addresses a similar dump, but it might be out of validity or not applicable depending on the system release (e.g., SAP_BASIS 758).
