3803520 - Risk Analysis Indicator Not Displaying Red/Green Status Correctly

After upgrading SAP GRC Access Control, the Risk Analysis Indicator colors in the Access Request form display incorrectly:

• The risk violation indicator shows blue instead of the expected red (unmitigated / identified risk)
• The risk mitigation indicator shows blue instead of the expected green (mitigated risk)
• The same incorrect blue color rendering is observed in BRFplus for risk level indicators
• Risk analysis execution and mitigation assignments are functionally correct — only the visual color indicator is affected.
