3803568 - Rule JCO1 does not read amount from WT A016 in IT0014 (AMT=0)

Symptom

  • In Japan payroll, rule JCO1 does not read the amount for WT A016 from IT0014; AMT becomes 0 when AMT=BETRG is processed.
  • Because AMT=0, JCO1 does not enter the “*” branch and does not proceed to the decision logic based on Processing Class 76.
