Unable to create a query to list quotes that require the logged-in user’s approval in Sales Quote OWL.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Sales Quotes OWL.
  2. Attempt to create a query to list quotes that require the logged-in user’s approval.
  3. Observe that no standard filter or query option exists to list approval work items for the approver.

Cause

In SAP Sales Cloud, approval work items are typically handled through the approval inbox/workflow-related worklists, not through a standard Sales Quote OWL query.

Resolution

This is standard behavior.
