Symptom

Sales Quotes related section on Opportunity does not offer a table (list) view; only card view is available.

Environment

SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 2

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open any Opportunity.
  2. Navigate to the Sales Quotes section.
  3. Observe that the list (table) view option is not available; only card view is shown.

Cause

A list view is not available because each related entity exposes different fields that are not held on the Opportunity object.

Resolution

This is the expected behaviour of the system.
