3803650 - I cannot edit the Delimiter field in my upload connector for Bulk Full file processing

Symptom

The Delimiter field in my upload connector is disabled (greyed out) and I cannot edit it.
I need to set a delimiter for Bulk Full file processing.
I have Configuration Manager access but still cannot change the Delimiter field.
