3803668 - Error: The work agreement ID #WORK AGREEMENT ID is already in use. Enter a unique ID

During creation of a work agreement for a worker in Manage Workforce application, following error is encountered:

• The work agreement ID #WORK AGREEMENT ID is already in use. Enter a unique ID.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open Manage Workforce app.
2. Search for the relevant worker.
3. Click on the worker profile.
4. Click on Edit button.
5. Click on Create button in work agreements section.
6. Fill the details and save.

The provided Work Agreement ID is already in use by the same worker or a different worker. 

Work agreement ID is a unique identifier and hence cannot be duplicated. To find which worker is using that Work Agreement ID, follow below steps:

1. Open Manage Workforce app.
2. Filter for the Work Agreement ID in Work Agreement ID field.
3. Click on Go.
