3803676 - Error Code: 500 when opening Job Information History in Latest People Profile for users of a specific Legal Entity - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

• When accessing Job Information in Latest People Profile for users belonging to a specific legal entity, Job Information History does not load after selecting the History (Clock) button.
• The following error message is displayed: "Looks like something went wrong. Please try again. If the issue persists, contact your system administrator. Error Code: 500" (Information: "Internal error")

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Navigate to the profile of any user belonging to the affected legal entity.
2. Select the Job Data category.
3. Open Job Information History.
4. Observe the error mentioned above, as shown below:
   

The affected Legal Entity has an inactive time slice or is set to completely inactive, which leads to an error when rendering historical Job Information records for users associated with that Legal Entity.

1. Navigate to Manage Data.
2. Select the Legal Entity / Company element.
3. Search for the affected Legal Entity.
4. Review the historical time slices and ensure they are not inactive.
5. Once the Legal Entity is active again for the relevant period, the error will no longer occur.
