3803692 - Print & PDF shows "Created on" instead of "Achieved on" for Linked Activities in Performance form - SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

• Linked Activities under each goal in the Performance Appraisal form display the "Created on" date instead of the "Achieved on" date.
• This occurs in the Print & PDF output under Goal Details > Linked Activities.
• Example: An achievement recorded as end of 2025-09 shows 2025-06-05 (record creation date) instead of 2025-09-30 (achievement date).

Product: SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

1. Open the Performance Appraisal form.
2. Select Print & PDF.
3. Navigate to Goal Details > Linked Activities.
4. Observe that the date shown is the Created on date instead of the Achieved on date.

The Achievement Date from Continuous Performance Management is not available for display or printing on the Performance Management form; the current behavior shows the creation date of the linked achievement/activity by design.

Acknowledge that the current behavior is by design and the Achievement Date is not supported for display/printing on the Performance Management form.

• If displaying the Achievement Date is a requirement, submit an enhancement request via the Customer Influence portal.

• Note that there is currently no supported workaround to change the date displayed in Print & PDF.
