Customer cannot set restriction for FS item in app Post group journal entries

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Standard behavior: For the Post Group Journal Entries app (F2971), none of the available IAM restriction types have F4 Access enabled. As a result, value help for FS Item is not filtered by role restrictions. Restrictions are enforced only at posting/saving time, not during value help selection.

1. Note that filtering the FS Item value help (F4) by IAM restrictions is not supported in the Post Group Journal Entries app; there is no configuration or authorization setting to hide predefined FS Items in value help.
2. Continue to use business role restrictions to prevent posting outside the authorized FS Item scope; unauthorized selections will be rejected at posting.
3. If this behavior impacts usability, consider submitting a product improvement request via the Customer Influence portal: Customer Influence.
