Batch-related information maintained within the SAPExtension tag, such as:

• LOTNO (Batch/Lot Number)
• DATMF (Manufacturing Date)
• DATEX (Expiration Date)
• GTIN
• PACKAGINGLEVEL

is missing from the receiver payload, although the information is available in the sender EPCIS message.

This behavior may be observed in the following scenarios:

• EPCIS Commissioning
• EPCIS Commissioning and Packing

SAP Traceability Hub

The SAPExtension structure in the sender payload contains invalid, additional, or incorrectly formatted content.

Due to the unexpected structure, the mapping logic cannot correctly process the extension data, resulting in SAPExtension attributes not being transferred to the receiver payload.
