3803732 - Error “It’s not possible to run this selection. Please refer to SAP Help Portal.” in new Consolidation Monitor

Running consolidation for a full fiscal year (12-period cycle) in Consolidation Monitor (New Version) fails when attempting to run all tasks in one click.

Consolidation task is open for January through December, but executing all 12 periods at once does not start.

Error message: “It’s not possible to run this selection. Please refer to SAP Help Portal.”

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Consolidation Monitor (New Version) application.
2. Set parameters:
3. In the filter section, leave Period Type blank.
4. Select all tasks.
5. Click Run.

The run selection mixes Period type = Process and Fiscal entries (Period Type left blank), which is not supported for a single execution in the New Consolidation Monitor.

1. Filter Period Type = Process before selecting tasks, and run only tasks for the Process period type in one execution.
2. Prefer using the “Run Full Consolidation” option; it correctly runs on process periods even when viewing fiscal periods.
3. Avoid mixing Process and Fiscal period types in the same run selection.
