3803757 - IT0267 Payroll Identifier "!" created during EC to ECP replication for off‑cycle payments – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll

Symptom

During Employee Central (EC) to Employee Central Payroll (ECP) replication, the infotype IT0267 - Additional Off-Cycle Payments is created with the Payroll Identifier (PAYID) field populated with the value "!" (exclamation mark), even though no explicit mapping or value for the Payroll Identifier was configured in the replication setup.

The following observations are reported:

  • In ECP, opening PA20/PA30 > IT0267 for the replicated employee shows PAYID = "!" instead of blank or a valid alphanumeric identifier.
  • The customer has not configured any value mapping for the Payroll Identifier field in the replication framework.
