• Inactive Country/Region Causing  Error Code 500 Internal Server  For Payment Information In Latest People Profile
• Opening Personal Data > Payment Information in Latest People Profile for existing employees results in an error.
• Exact message: "Looks like something went wrong. Please try again. If the issue persists, contact your system administrator. Error Code: 500".
• The issue affects multiple users and appears system-wide.
• F12 Debug  / Browser/network tools show HTTP 500 Internal Server Error when loading the Payment Information card.

• Payment Information (Bank Information)

1. Log in with admin permissions.
2. Open any existing employee’s profile.
3. Navigate to Personal Data.
4. Open Payment Information.
5. Observe the error message with Error Code: 500.

The Country/Region foundation object used by impacted employees (for example, their job country code) was set to Inactive, causing backend country resolution to fail when loading the Payment Information card.

Example:

1. Go to Manage Data and enable Include Inactive Records.
2. Search for the relevant Country/Region foundation object used by impacted employees (for example, their job country code).
3. If Status is Inactive, set it to Active and save.

1. Validate by opening Personal Data > Payment Information; the card should load without the 500 error.

Also Optional (bulk correction):

Use Import and Export Data to export Country/Region objects, identify any entries with Status: Inactive that should be active, update them to Active, and re-import.

1. If the issue persists after ensuring all relevant Country/Region records are Active, review Payment Information field configuration per referenced guidance and contact support with updated details.
