It is not possible to display user status field in succession org chart to differentiate inactive successors.

SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management

1. Go to Succession Org Chart.
2. Open a position.
3. Successors are listed on the card.
4. Notice that an inactive user is among the successor list, but there is no user status field to differentiate active/inactive users.
