3803786 - Issue updating business unit of order in SAP Incentive Management

• Attempting to change the Business Unit (BU) on existing Orders fails when using the TXOH file template, the Excel template, and the XDL loader.
• Uploads report “failed” without a clear or documented error message; screenshots were provided by the user.
• Orders remain mapped to the original BU even after attempted updates.
• The behavior may work in some processing units but not in a specific processing unit in the same environment.
• The target BU belongs to the same processing unit as the current BU.
