The "Forward Status" column is available in the Import Collection app in production tenants.

Forwarding is not available or required in production tenants; this is a display-only issue.

A fix is planned for delivery with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2702.

Workaround:

1. Open the Import Collection app and click the table "Settings" icon
   
2. Save the change by creating a new view/variant and set it as the default to persist the column configuration.
